CasaCaccia Apartment is a bright two-room apartment located in the center of Appiano Gentile in an old Lombardy court completely restored in the highest and panoramic part of the village. From a small window you enjoy a nice view to the east on the Lombardy Pre-Alps.

COVID-19
In agreement with the national protocol "Accoglienza Sicura", release 1.0-27/04/2020, we have created templates, check list, that we follow with the interventions that are carried out at each guest change. They can be viewed by guests.
Ours is a small family-run business, therefore the owners personally take care of cleaning and sanitizing the rooms. We do not use external staff or agencies.
OUR APARTMENT
CasaCaccia Apartment, well finished and design furnished, is ideal for 2 people with 1 double bedroom and 1 double sofa bed and private parking space.
65 sq.m. with one bedroom, a living / dining room, small terrace, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment has also Wi-Fi, air conditioning and floor heating.

WHERE WE ARE
​CasaCaccia is in Appiano Gentile, a place inthe pine forest of Appiano and Tradate, a protected area of 4,800 hectares where nature is sovereign: the ideal space to break the excitement of everyday life. The paths develop for more than 60 miles on foot or by bicycle in contact with nature, in the green, in search of mushrooms and chestnuts.
Appiano Gentile is placed on a hill at 370m above sea level. CasaCaccia offers quality welcome, it is in a strategic location to get to Como Lake, Larians Triangle Lake's, Varese lake , Maggiore Lake. CasaCaccia is 15 Km far from Como, 20 km far from the new Fiera Milano - Rho Fair, 30 Km far from Milano Malpensa airport, 12 Km far from Swiss border and 25 km far from Lugano.
CasaCaccia is 5 km far from the A9 Milano - Como highway. Lomazzo Nord or Fino Mornasco exit.
Appiano Gentile is the city where FC Internazionale Milano (Inter) trains. There are also "Le Betulle" Clinic and La Pinetina Golf Club. Far from 5 km there are the Monticello Golf Club and the Holy Sanctuary in Villa Guardia.

CasaCaccia Apartment provides a short rental form for a minimum of 2 nights.
The cost for two people for 2 nights is 162,00 Euro. Every stay longer than 2 days a discount will be applied.

We do not accept checks.
Apartment must be left by 10:00 AM of the departure day.
Please kindly let us know in advance your arrival time.
In case of cancellations within the last five days before arrival date, one night Stay will be debited. The same will happen for advanced departure.
